Delivery Information
Orders shipping to a US address and are under a pound, usually ship via USPS unless otherwise specified or an other shipping method is selected by customer during checkout.
Any other item will ship via the most cost effective and fastest shipping available.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit, must be received within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise.
Return Policy
We gladly accept returns on all items that meet the following conditions:
1- Item  must be in new condition and show no signs of use.
2- Item must be in original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your account.  However, for certain products we reserve the rights to deduct the shipping cost that was used to send the item.
If all conditions are not met, we reserve the right to  charge a minimum 15% restocking fee
